In 1987, the late Dr. Wayne Van Gelderen, Sr., gave a series of lectures at Pensacola Christian College on the topic of "Fundamentalism." He addressed issues such as "Fundamentalism and the Battle," "New Evangelicalism from the Liberal's Perspective," and "Theological Implications of Not Being a Fundamentalist." Our understanding of these issues is perhaps even more essential today than it was twenty years ago.
